Vietnam people confront daily adversities that stunt their potential and limit their opportunities. Illiteracy and malnutrition are compounded by poverty, and it is the children who carry the legacies of underdevelopment into adulthood. Their prospects are limited by their social and economic realities, yet despite it all, they have a spirit that is as pure and joyous as you could ever hope to encounter. We are proud to say that the children of Nepal have benefited greatly from the thousands of IDEX volunteers, people like you, who have generously given their time, insight and kindness.
We invite you to be a part of the solution that drives the betterment of the next generation. You will be able to inspire these children and those who work with them on a daily basis to reach ever higher. As you inspire others, so are you inspired. The time you spend can be marked in days or weeks. The lasting positive impact that YOU can have on a community is beyond measure. As you inspire others, so are you inspired.
