Our services begin here. You will be greeted by Idex representative at the Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi. Upon being picked up, you will be then escorted to your accommodation and shall be assisted with check-in. The representative will explain your next few hours and days on the trip in detail and hand over the essential documents to you.

Overnight stay at accommodation, Delhi (No Meals Included)
Morning –After breakfast a sightseeing tour of New Delhi including- visit of some important cultural symbols of India. Drive past through impressive India Gate, Parliament house, Gandhi Museum, Bangla Sahib Gurudwara and President’s Palace. At greater ease visit of Raj Ghat, the memorial built in honor of Mahatma Gandhi, father of the nation. Learn a bit more about his life and philosophy that helped India get free from the British Empire.
During the sightseeing, you will stop at a local restaurant where you can buy your lunch, after which, we will proceed to Agra by our Air-conditioned vehicle.
After Arrival in Agra, Check-in into hotel- Dinner and overnight stay at Agra Hotel (Meals- Breakfast)
In the morning, we wake up early to visit the magnificent Taj Mahal, a pristine white marble mausoleum built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife, Mumtaz Mahal. This awe-inspiring monument, considered one of the Seven Wonders of the World, required the dedication of 20,000 workers from neighbouring Islamic countries over 22 years to create its exquisite beauty.
After experiencing the breath-taking view of the Taj Mahal, we return to our hotel for breakfast.
Following breakfast, we check out from the Hotel and proceed to visit the historic Agra Fort. Built by the renowned Mughal Emperor Akbar in 1565, the fort showcases the architectural brilliance of the Mughal dynasty. Its palaces, mosques, and gardens built by Akbar's successors are truly captivating.
Among the notable attractions within the fort are the Moti Masjid (Pearl Mosque), Diwan-i-Khas, Diwan-i- Am, Jahangir Mahal, and Shish Mahal, which showcase the exquisite artistry of the Mughal era.
After exploring the Agra Fort, we embark on our journey to the enchanting Pink City of Jaipur. The drive will take approximately five hours, during which we will make stops at local restaurants for lunch.
Upon our late afternoon arrival in Jaipur, we check in to our accommodation. After settling in and taking some rest, you will receive an orientation on your program in Jaipur, including volunteering activities and Jaipur city that you will be starting the following day.

Amber Fort – also knowns as Amer Fort, stands proudly atop a hill overlooking the Maota Lake. Constructed by Raja Man Singh in the 16th century, It is built in red sandstone and marble, this majestic fort is a remarkable example of Rajput architecture. As you approach the fort, you'll be greeted by a colossal red sandstone entrance.
Inside the fort, you'll be transported to a world of opulence and splendor. The fort's hallways and chambers are adorned with intricate carvings, exquisite mirror work, and vibrant frescoes depicting scenes from Indian mythology and history. The Sheesh Mahal, or Mirror Palace, is a highlight of the fort, where the walls and ceilings are adorned with thousands of tiny mirrors, creating a breath- taking visual spectacle. City Palace, located in the heart of Jaipur, is another architectural gem that exemplifies the fusion of Rajasthani and Mughal styles. Birla Temple - Birla Temple, also known as Lakshmi Narayan Temple, is a stunning architectural masterpiece located at the base of Moti Dungri Hill. Built by the Birla family, renowned industrialists, this temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and Goddess Lakshmi, the Hindu deities of wealth and prosperity. The temple's white marble facade, intricate carvings, and beautifully sculpted idols create a serene and divine ambiance. Inside, you'll find exquisite marble work, delicate mirror work, and colorful frescoes depicting scenes from Hindu mythology. About Jaipur: The origins of the beautiful city of Jaipur can be traced back to the eighteenth century, during the reign of Jai Singh II who ascended the Amber throne in 1699. Jaipur today, epitomizes the spirit of Rajputana. In-spite of growing into a bustling metropolis, it still retains its character and history - A beautiful fusion of the yesteryears and modernity. Jaipur is popularly known as the Pink City because of the extensive use of the locally abundant pink plastered stone, painted so in honor of the visit of the royal consort of Queen Victoria. Jaipur thrills the soul with its massive forts, magnificent palaces, exquisite temples and lush gardens.
Monkey Temple - the Monkey Temple, officially known as Galta Ji Temple, is a hidden gem nestled amidst the picturesque Aravalli hills. As the name suggests, this temple is home to a large population of monkeys, which roam freely around the premises. The temple complex comprises several ancient temples, sacred water tanks, and natural springs. The main temple, dedicated to Lord Hanuman, the monkey god, attracts devotees who come to seek his blessings. The tranquil atmosphere, surrounded by lush greenery and panoramic views, makes the Monkey Temple a favorite spot for meditation and introspection. After enjoying some free time shopping in Jaipur's traditional market, we will return to the volunteer house to relax and freshen up. Later, we will have the opportunity to visit the home of a local, English-speaking, middle-income level family to gain insight into their day-to-day life, including the challenges and opportunities they face. As part of this immersive experience, we will share a meal with the family, providing us with an authentic and culturally enriching experience

After starting your day with a Yoga lesson early in the morning, you will have a hearty breakfast and start on your volunteering with elephant at Elephant village.

In the afternoon, we will learn about the famous "Henna" painting art of India and participate in Indian traditional dressing and photo sessions. Dressing up like the locals will enhance your experience of being part of the daily culture.

After breakfast, you will continue your volunteering with elephants at the Elephant Village. In the afternoon, we will have the opportunity to learn about the famous Henna" painting art of India. Additionally, we can participate in traditional Indian dressing sessions and enjoy photo sessions. Dressing up like the locals will enrich your experience by immersing you in the daily culture.

Pushkar – one of the holiest pilgrimages for Hindus and the only place in India where you will find the temple of the ‘Creator’ God, Brahma. Upon arrival in Pushkar we take on another form of travel, more suited to the desert, Camels!
After breakfast – drive to Pushkar the journey will take around 3 hours. Arrive at Pushkar and check into your accommodation.
We take a camel safari atop the “ship of the desert” going through sandy ravines, local villages where we can absorb the harsh yet colourful landscape of the Thar Desert. Our safari concludes in a tent camp. After sunset, we can enjoy a clear view of the star-lit night sky
Dinner. Overnight stay in Tent, Pushkar (Meal – Breakfast & Dinner)
(PS: In case of rain, we will not provide tented accommodation. Instead the Volunteers will stay at a Guest House at Pushkar)
After breakfast return to Pushkar & later a leisurely guided tour of the Pushkar town with its small lanes, colourful markets, but most importantly, the steps to the Holy Lake and about 500 temples. Our tour would conclude a visit of Lord Brahma’ temple, the creator God for the Hindu’s.
Late on - visit some of the many temples & Ghats, where pilgrims bathe in the sacred waters of the Lake.
Late Afternoon – drive back to Jaipur.

Important Note: Please note that if any customer has a flight late at night on day 10, they will need to catch a train from Pushkar to Delhi. Otherwise, they will return to Jaipur and transfer to Delhi the following day.
After breakfast, we set out to depart for Delhi on this day and after reaching Delhi we bring you to the airport.
